Established in memory of Angela Halteman, graduate of Lapeer East High School Class of 2004, whose life was cut short by a drunk driver.
Donate
Your donation will help us to award this scholarship every spring to a graduating senior at Lapeer High School, beginning in 2015. Preference will be given to those who plan to attend Oakland University in pursuit of a career focused on helping others.
